Artbooking In August Week 3

If you came here from Rebecca's blog, you are on the right track!
This week I chose to make a mini-album with the awesome new Artbooking Cartridge!
I just found some cute bling left in my stash and had a blast making this book.
I will be donating this to our school's silent auction this fall.
It's hard to see, but there is some black glitter paper used throughout so it's really sparkly.
Thanks for looking, and leaving your comments!

The little pumpkin spins to show more spooky pictures. :)

Now hop on over to Michelle's blog and see what awesome project she has to share this week.

ARTBOOKING IN AUGUST WEEK 2

Artbooking in August Week 2:
Welcome to the blog hop! If you came here from Rebecca's blog you're on the right track.
Our challenges are to create a 2 page scrapbook layout, card, 3-D or gift item, and mini album.
I picked the 3-D/Gift item this week.
I decided to use the cute new font from the new artbooking cartridge to cut some vinyl.  I reduced the space between the letters and slanted them a little so I could weld them using cricut craft room.
Then I transferred the letters onto a piece of marble tile for my Dad's birthday present.

Next hop on over to Michelle's blog to see what fantastic project she has to share with us.
If you get lost along the way, here is a list of the blog addresses participating in the hop.

Week 1: Back to School Layout

Welcome to the Artbooking in August Blog Hop.
If you came here from Rebecca's Blog, you're on the right track!
For the first challenge, I used the brick overlay, number chart, frame, apple and font from the new cartridge.  I also added a little cork for the "school" feel from the mid-town cork shapes.
Now hop on over to Michelle's blog to see what fantastic project she has created!
