I am posting below so you can see the layouts in case those of you who ordered are unable to finish your layouts on scrapbook night.

4/9 Springtime! April/May

Happy Spring! Easter is almost here. Hello chocolate bunnies and cadbury mini eggs!

Here are the layouts we will be making for May's scrapbooking.
Using the amazing Sophia Workshop on the Go kit, we will create this layout:

And for the second layout, we will add in stickers and use the buttons from the workshop on the go kit to make these pages:
I love this paper pack! It is so bright and full of fun. I can't wait to get some cute easter pictures on mine. Scrapbooking will be Friday May 6th at 6:30 pm or Tuesday May 10th at 6:30 pm
At the end of this post I will list prices, so you can decide what order to place.

If you don't want to order the pack, but still want to join us for scrapbooking, here are the $4 layouts, choose pink or blue this month! I provide everything for you (pre-cut) you just bring scissors and adhesive.

Speaking of Easter, did you see the Stamp of the Month for March? I know this isn't fair, since the stamp set isn't available for purchase, but Look what I made! -( This was inspired by Dawn Heuft)


This is a wooden sign, that I have lacquered so I can hang it on my front door. The hanging ribbon just isn't on yet, but you get the idea.
This cute hanging will be our crafty club project this month!
Crafty Club will be held Friday April 22 at 6:30 p.m.

1/3 January SNEAK PEEK is here!

Oh my goodness! I can't believe these amazing deals and gorgeous new products. This brochure gives you a sneak peek at some of the new products from the spring/summer catalog. There are paper packs, stamps, accessories and even a new mycreations craft product. I am so excited!

You can see I used the wings paper, workshop on the go stamp, bohemian alphabet and the January stamp of the month. I will also teach you how to make the cute fan folded rosettes.

10/13 Spooky comes to Crafty club

9/13 September Crafty Club Fall/Snow Sign

Here's a look at our crafty club project for September. This is a double-sided display sign, made using coasters! Isn't it cute? This project was inspired by CTMH consultant Jennifer Smith. I've included pics below of both sides and a close up so you can really see the details. As always this project is FREE with your $25 order this month. Regular cost is $10. This project will be combined with my open crop on Saturday Sept 25. Please email or call to sign up.



I LOVE this snowman stamp set. It is one of my all time favorites. Can you see the glittery snow? It's the new glitter glue!

6/26 H2H Color Challenge - Tulip, Black & Buttercup

The Challenge this week was to use Tulip, Black & Buttercup.

I was very inspired by Jayma's cute card - I absolutely LOVE ladybugs, so I couldn't wait to come up with my own version.
I decided to make a wall hanging using dollar store coasters, to celebrate summer.

4/27 May's Crafty Club Project - Recipe Box

This is our crafty club project for May. An adorable recipe box! This box is also great for storing photos, scrapbook tools, treats, cards or really whatever you want.
This box features the brand new Cherry-O papers and is a new item from Close To My Heart. Crafty Club is open to everyone for just $10, but you can earn this class for FREE with your $25 order.

4/15 Heart 2 Heart Challenge #2

Here's my entry for the h2h challenge this week.

This is a 1/2/3 challenge. Here are the requirements:

*Use 1 stamped image (not 1 set, but 1 image)
*Use 2 different patterned papers
*Use 3 embellishments - these can be 3 of the same thing or 3 different things


I used the new passages papers, textured cocoa cardstock, brad from pewter mini-medley, pewter brads, and an antique copper hinge. (ok I know I used 1 extra brad. Can't help it.)
All the edges are sponged in cocoa ink. This pattern is from wishes, it's actually one of the workshop cards.

(okay here's the rest of it! Opening the flap shows another stamped image - so that's not part of my submission. But I couldn't resist)

4/14 You Rock!

We will complete these two layouts in class. I'm so excited for this fun paper pack, because it works well for both boys and girls. I love it for parties, 4th of July, space field trips or just for fun. The stars and colors are really bright and busy.

Recipe:
I used chocolate, sunflower and sweet leaf cardstock, papers from caprice and tinkerin, stamps: Spot On backgrounds, For Every Occasion, Playful Petals, Across the board rubons, sweet leaf corduroy brad from connections club pack, colonial white bitty brads.
Squares are 2x2 and 1.5x1.5, center square is sweet leaf. Card is 6x6.

4/5 April Crafty Club - Flip Flap Photobook

Here is our club project for April. This cute flip-flap book has space for 10 4x6 photos plus another on the front. It's very easy to put together and makes a great gift for mom's, grandma's, or to remember a special event/vacation.
Crafty Club will meet Friday April 16th at 6:30 p.m.
It's only $10, but you can earn this class for FREE with a $25 order.

3/9/2010 Oodles and Oodles of Caboodle!

These are club projects for April, using the new CTMH Caboodle Paper pack.
This layout was CASE'd (Copy and Steal Exactly) from Melanie Mcbride. I couldn't pass it up, especially with all those adorable boots and chicks! It might be hard to see in the photo, but the letters and journaling box have liquid glass on the rain drops and the boot soles and tops too - They are shiny and look amazing!
This layout was inspired by Ilona Campinha. I added the chipboard, buttons and fun edge distressing. This will be one of the techniques we learn in class.
Finally, the requisite Easter layout. These colors just screamed spring, so here ya go! I love the little tiny tabs to add interest, even in the flower middles. See the chipboard frame? Pretty cute and fun to do.

March Scrapbooking - Topstitch

Can you believe I actually stitched on this layout? If you know me, you know I hate to sew. I used a blanket stitch around the frame for the big picture and I think it turned out so cute! I guess if it's sewing on paper I can handle it....
This layout was inspired by Katie Kerttula (my cute sis!) I changed it up a little by adding the stamping around the frames, the edge anchors and ribbon and suede pinwheels with the adorable button stickers from the Topstitch Stickease pack.

February Scrapbooking FELICITY

Here are some pics of the layouts we made for February's scrapbook club.
We used the promotional Felicity pack from Close to My Heart that featured some gorgeous die cut papers and an exclusive stamp set. I think it was so beautiful!
The thing I love about club nights are seeing the creative ways each person finds to make the same project. Hmmm, maybe we'll have a contest soon.....
